hey ... everything is going well, aside from my diet of course. i don't really journal my workouts and my golfing any more ... i have started being religious about logging again, and that includes my exercises. figure it's pretty repetitive stuff ... maybe i should journal the way you and others do.
the diet has me down ... cannot figure out the right mix of foods, etc. trying yet another new thing - fasting every night for at least 12 hours. so i don't eat for at least 12 hours since my last bit of food before bed. trying to stop eating before 8:30. see how that goes.
sounds like you are doing better and better each day. the journal you wrote about your neighbor and the dogs was very disturbing. crazy neighbor!
