Ate 4200 calories yesterday now back to normal 😋
I will not torture myself by starving, I love my self 🥰to much to torture it.
I truly love food! Starving is torture for me.

Yeap, inconsistency with this amount...I’m thinking last time I ate like that was new yes 🧐 I know In 2-3 the water 💦 will flush out 👌🏼

I know you’re a very active person also, and I have averaged 3000 cal for several months and I’m not really gaining anything to substantial. So believe me one for thousand calorie day is not going to affect you whatsoever.
