Give it some time! it will happen. Big changes in your body these days, back to more intense workouts etc... the reaction is not always what we expect. If nothing happens after a month to 6 weeks, you can 1. be frustrated ;) and 2. change something in your diet! I'm sure next weigh in will show a loss!

Thanks, Anne ... but i don't know ... two weeks left until march 1st, and still the same 3 pounds to meet my goal for that date. this stuff better start melting off sonner rather than later. i really thought i'd be 1 - 2 pounds closer.
