Oh yeah DL. Cannot shake it loose. Funny thing is that I went down a pant size and my belly went down a quarter inch. A little body recomp. So that makes me feel pretty good. The last time I went through this I was dropping lots of weight as well as maintaining strength. Guess I’m good w losing it slowly. Better chance I keep it off.
