you guys are like the dream team for support. thanks. agree shir, just a bump. and hcb, that pasta is right! :) My goal is long term success, Atriel, as I would imagine it is for all of us - i say that because i could get really extreme and drive this weight off much more quickly but it is not sustainable. trying to find the balance. and try not to beat myself up when it goes up and not get too excited when it goes down. thanks y'all.

That is great - lifetstyle changes work best, I think. I go up and down abut I look at my bodyfat % and my ability to be as active as I want - if I am still 20 pounds too much but can hike, bike, gym and kayak...oh well

That’s right HCB. You’re doing great! Ha thanks Petra I hope you’re right. As long as we all keep moving and are mindful - we can be 80% clean or good and 20% cheat meals - keeps me happy. I plan my indulgences like beers and pizza.
