So hungry Melissa 🤣🤣 but really I’m just taking it slow and keeping to a good regimen 4 days or so a week - I really indulge Friday thru Sunday. Thanks for your support. Hope you’re feeling better.

I lost most my weight with a program of eating three non-sweet, one-plate meals on weekdays with extras on weekends or a maximum of two extra days a month. It took a long time but it was more important to me to have a way I could live with restrictions long term. Been in maintenance for eight years. You're doing terrific.
