Happy Friday Everyone!
Phew, made it back to my number - the up and down cycle I have been battling since Halloween has got to stop. It's been a fight just to maintain. Slowly, I am winning against my sugar cravings.
Days shorter, darker longer, getting colder, food focused holidays coming up - it's a battle for us all - this is where planning is so important. One or two slips during festivities shouldn't hurt us - just plan before and after. I need to keep this in mind.
Had a deep tissue massage yesterday - it has been well over 2 years since i have had any body work - and man, did it show. Reminded me that maybe i need to get in there at least once a month. It doesn't feel like a luxury, it feels like a necessity. And maybe need to work a foam roller every now and again. :)
Cardio today.
