~149.8~ ... so 150. Happy Monday. Holiday Hangover? Tough getting everyone out the door, for sure, this AM. Hope you all are doing well.

600 calories of LISS and that is it for the gym until next Monday or Tuesday. Hopefully when I return from Arizona I will be ~at least~ 150 (or, I should say ~no more~ than 150).

Will have my iPad and iPhone so will be logging food, generally, but will not be focused on calorie restriction - though have a reasonable cap of 2200, give or take, to break even on calorie expenditure. These days, when I do consume 2200, it is a ton of food, compared to the past. Glad about that fact.

As tomorrow when I take off it will be in the 20's, the welcome 70's, dry and sunny when I land will be nirvana. Need my vitamin Sunshine, for sure. Been feeling heavy(mentally) since the time zone change.
