Happy Monday Everyone! But an (un)happy :) return to gray and cold from the sunny climate of Arizona. Golf all last week and indiscriminate eating only has me one pound up as of today - which i can maybe get back by Friday. So - all in all - I am pretty happy. Some days I ate over 3000 calories, and it wasn't nutritious at all, drank far more than usual, and had no gym time, of course. Glad it's only a pound - I actually stepped on a scale at one point last week and was up 5 pounds, so this AM had me a little worried.
Feeling jet lagged from the time zone change - maybe a little cardio today.
