Happy Friday All.

Warmth around SW Ohio this weekend - raises my hope for spring being around the corner.

I will take .4 drops every week until my goal. Efficient and sustainable.

Warmth, what is that?? lol... a chilly 9 degrees here this morning when I got to my car. Good job on the drop, fully agree with you, gradual loss takes patience but is a great way to go.

I am glad to read that you are getting some sunshine and that you had a "drop of .4" this week. Wishing you more & more of the same. And perhaps ever a bit more. As the saying goes,"Slow and steady wins the race." And You've so got this! Wishing you an enjoyable weekend as well, buddy.

thanks everyone. warmth just puts us one step closer to spring. love that hope springs eternal. jim, it is cold today - but the weekend calls for a 30+ degree jump from today's low of 15. it will be coming your way too.
