Funny thing, been tracking my AM weigh in versus my midday weigh in, I am always lower:

Maybe you have your BM after your weigh in ??? Just a thought... that can be pretty heavy!!! LOL!!

I do 16:8 - and yes, that is what i am attributing it to these days. Thanks. And yeah, @Sweetincense4iam - i make sure to get ~everything~ out before i weigh :)

Mine is always lower in the afternoon too. For me I think it's because I don't have my morning BM until way after I've weighed myself and gotten ready. One day I was 3 lbs lighter in the afternoon.
