Thank you Beast!! Hoping hard its not just a blip and can keep into the 160s for February. I hopefully dropping 10lbs every month can be the obsession for 2024. Because family trauma really threw me really far off the rails in 2023. Despite, being one to rarely take excuses as a reason for failure, some times, your mind just really hasn't a clue whats going on when you face harsh difficulties. This new year, it has to be a new corner, once and for all. Because I have slipped so far from the great in roads I had made, and believed were permanent. What I have learned, eating your feelings is probably a coping mechanism for me.. and admitting that is immense, when I'm happy and positive and life is going how I like there is no battle, its just when stuff gets difficult. I really need to change my responses. And this is something, I may not have actually learned without, this forum. Happy February to yall!
