thanks Jim. I don't think this year has been kind to me - up 10+ pounds from my May 2015 weight. My body is fighting back. I just have to settle in for a long haul here to get back to 150... and stop the gains. Ugh.

You got to 150 before and can do it again. I know for me my gains are all about my eating too much and eating the wrong things, and I know I can get to 180 or less and not be too thin. If your body is fighting back do you think 150 is a good weight for you?

i do, actually, think 150 is good. i thought 145 - but not so much anymore.
