well - past two days been up 3 pounds. Have to think it is the salt but who knows ... not great eating habits, lack of gym due to new job, and not counting all my calories, I suspect. Working on crashing the diet with low days and keeping my weekly average down below 1850, if possible. Hope everyone is doing well.
