I know the feeling of that up escalator, been giving it a ride myself. But I'm hopping over to the down side today. Hop on over with me, it's the initial jump over and sticking to it that' the hard part but we can do this.

thanks for the support IamLinny, Chica, Draglist and Jim! Jim - all my previous tricks are failing - IF, exercise, carb cycling, etc. I feel it is a change due to my age. Ugh ... but I will certainly try with you.
