Frustrating. No weight movement. But the good news is there is belt hole movement - up one hole - and waist is down to 37" from 38", which was a month ago. Reshaping. Will take other measurements when everything returns to normal in a day or so. Still - I need to shed pounds too. Probably going to alter my diet again - somehow - and only workout with weights twice a week. The rest will be cardio/abs. Ugh ...
