Doesn't matter how consistent you are your weight will fluctuate from day to day. I step on the scale daily but I dont focus on the daily weight just the zoomed out trend line. Ultimately do what works for you but keep in mind the scale has a mind of its own sometimes dont let the scale jumps ruin your day and your future progress

MorticiaAddams exactly! I see it everyday on here people getting incredibly upset and frustrated at the normal daily fluctuations and then giving up temporarily or permanently

I agree 100% I do it to stay on track and to see how different things effect me or don’t. 👍🏻

For sure! I do weigh daily but never let it's ups and downs dictate what I do that day. My focus is on the trend long-term. I control the scales and not vice versa. Same as I control my food and drink and not the other way around. This is a liberating and doable approach for me.

it's amazing how much protein you get! I feel like I can't have delicious food and protein at the same time 😆

Amen, brother! I weigh every day, but I'm looking for a trend. But to be honest I let those numbers get to me far too often when the trend doesnt trend down, lol. GREAT reminder, thank you!

Seeing your weight chart reminded me of an old song "There's a crooked road ahead. Should have read that detour sign!" Unfortunately sometimes I ignore the detour signs and my weight chart looks like that. Congratulations on your weight loss! And the encouragement for us all!

I also weigh every day because I like to see the averages per week/month on the phone app the scale connects to. Yesterday I gained 2.2lb from the day before, lol 😆 There are multiple reasons why but they don't matter - bottom line I didn't eat 7000+ extra calories yesterday and I know that to be true, so it's just a little snapshot in time, not indicative of a tred

Great job on the cut! I weigh myself daily as well and take a weekly average to get the most accurate weight for my goal. You are 100% right about the daily fluctuations, there are even weekly fluctuations . I did a similar graph for my last cut and even my last bulk, and I just payed attention to the trend line rather the fluctuations. I agree stay on course, if you are doing what you know works it will definitely work itself out!! ( and if not make some minor adjustments!)…

Marlene Get Serious my calories out gets imported from my garmin but right now my exercise is walk run lift and hike. My food is very repetitive I eat lots of eggs, greek yogurt, chicken, carrots, apples, rice cakes, ground turkey, berries, bananas
